The General Assembly was held in the municipal hall of landonvillers, a commune associated with Courcelles Chaussy on which it depends, but which is represented by the Mayor of Landonvillers at the municipal council of Courcelles Chaussy. The speech by the Mayor was delivered in the presence of Bernard Herzog, General Councillor, and Marie-Jo Zimmermann MP.
The municipality had organized hot air balloon flights for all participants.
